This property was exactly as advertised - which was great! Location is super - about a 5-7 minute walk to Times Square and lots of good restaurants all within easy walking distance. Theaters for shows were also within walking distance, as was the subway and Central Park. There were 4 adults couplesin our group so it was great to have a bedroom each. We stayed in the upstairs unit, which has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom on the top floor, and then one bedroom and full bath on the main floor, together with a large living room, dining room and kitchen. It fit our needs perfectly for breakfasts and then a place to hang out in the evening when we got home after sightseeing. All the arrangements by Lisa were perfect - no problems with keys (it's a keypad) and the place was nice and clean. I'd recommend it to any large groupl.

This apartment is in the thick of things, situated in the Broadway area with only minutes to shows and restaurants.
The accommodation is spacious and clean with a funky loft feeling.Plenty of room for 4 middle aged women to have a blast. Kitchen great if you want to cook ,however we walked down the road to 9th Ave and selected a different restaurant every night.
We walked to 3 Broadway shows and Time Square.
I would definitely recommend this apartment except the tapirs are steep and it was difficult to carry our luggage up and down.
Thank you for making our stay the trip of a life time!!!!
NEW YORK NEW YORK- I am still singing it!!! Xxxxxx

This is truly smack dab in the center of it all. We could walk to Times Square, the Theater District, and Central Park. The Subway is a short walk away. The apartment is spotless just as pictured. The bed was comfortable, and the deep set windows served as a great computer desk. Our daughter slept on the fold out couch, it was comfortable, easy to pull out and put away. The apartment is on the second floor, one flight of stairs if you don't want to wait for the elevator. It has a few quirky things, which is to be expected for an older building, plus it made the experience authentic.
The air conditioner running on fan, created just enough white noise - you couldn't hear the traffic - we slept well. There is a nice grocery store across the street, a drug store on the other corner, a liquor store next door, and whole foods is a short walk away. We had breakfast in the apartment every morning while we plan out our day. The price was great per NYC standards. JT is fun, and very easy

Concierge, bellmen, doormen (especially 1 whose name I can't recall) were great. The condo is comfortable and although we were wary of possible traffic noise from busy Columbus Circle, the insulation was good enough that we felt like we were in a quieter part of town. The kitchen lacks utensils to do any serious cooking, and there's no washer/dryer like we are used to having at other similar accommodations. The gym is great, and the turndown chocolates very good. For joggers, being across the street from Central Park is a huge plus. The very large Whole Foods down the street even has a tap room now! Did not give excellent rating only because like many hotels, they didn't call us when our unit was ready and the small lobby area got congested at times. Subway is right around the corner and having a highly acclaimed restaurant on the premises is great.
